Dr. Natalie Voss founded Lumière in 2013 after a decade in academic plastic surgery. She wanted to build a practice where the rigor of a surgical suite met the calm of a private studio — no assembly-line scheduling, no rotating providers, no treatment decisions made in a waiting room. Lumière started as a two-room practice in north Scottsdale and grew by word of mouth alone.

Dr. Natalie Voss
Dr. Voss spent ten years in academic plastic surgery before founding Lumière in 2013. Her fellowship training in aesthetic medicine gave her a precise, outcomes-driven approach that still shapes every protocol at the practice. She reviews every treatment plan personally — not as a formality, but because she believes aesthetic outcomes require a physician's eye at the planning stage. Dr. Voss is a member of the American Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery and lectures regionally on non-surgical rejuvenation.

Megan Hart
Megan has been injecting at Lumière since 2016 and is among a small group of nurses in Arizona to hold the CANS designation — the highest credential available in aesthetic nursing. Her approach is built on anatomical precision and a deep reluctance to over-treat. She specializes in natural-looking neuromodulator and filler results, and she maintains ongoing training with the country's leading injector educators. Clients often describe their first appointment with Megan as the one that finally felt right.

Taylor Brooks
Taylor joined Lumière in 2019 after seven years in dermatology and cosmetic medicine. Her clinical focus is on device-based skin rejuvenation — laser protocols, Hydrafacial programs, and advanced chemical peel selection. She works closely with each client to design maintenance schedules that protect and extend the results of their injectable treatments. Taylor has completed advanced certification training in laser physics and tissue response, and conducts all laser hair removal and VI Peel consultations at Lumière.
