The story.
Marina Delgado grew up watching her mother manage a small cleaning crew in Ybor City. She saw firsthand that the companies who lasted were the ones who treated the work — and the clients — with professionalism. The companies who cut corners were always replacing clients they burned.
When she started Fresh Nest in 2016, she had one van, a personal referral network, and a non-negotiable standard: every person on the team would be background-checked, trained to the company method, and paid a living wage. The higher cost of doing it right would be funded by client retention, not acquisition volume.
It worked. Fresh Nest has grown almost entirely on referrals. The average recurring client has been with us for 2.7 years. That number is the metric we are most proud of.
