I spent years building the growth operating system at APMEX — taking it from $980M to $2.3B in three years. That work ran with a team of 50+. The lesson from APMEX was that the methodology was the durable thing — not the headcount, not the tools, not the budget. DRYVN is that same thinking turned into a system that no longer needs the headcount. The infrastructure does what the team used to do.

BMP Tuning is a DTC brand in the automotive accessories vertical. I used DRYVN to take revenue from $3.8M to $7.4M and move gross margin from 18% to 31%. That improvement came from measurement corrected to actual closed revenue, a Cascade aligned to real goals, and execution running every day against validated targets.

The team is six people. Not fifty. The same system clients get.
