Who you are dealing with

brianwith.ai is operated by Brian Stewart. Reach me at brian@dryvn.com. Payments are processed by Stripe; I never see your card number.

Subscriptions renew until you stop them

The community membership, AI Agent Coaching and Advisory are recurring subscriptions. They renew automatically at the same price and on the same cadence you bought them — monthly on the day you joined, or annually on that date — and your card is charged each time, without a further prompt. A founding-member rate stays locked at the rate you joined at for as long as the subscription runs continuously; cancel it and the rate is gone.

Advisory is different in one way worth stating plainly: it is a fixed four-month engagement. It bills monthly and then stops on its own after the fourth payment. It does not roll on.

Cancelling

Cancel a subscription at any time by emailing brian@dryvn.com from the address you bought with. I will cancel it and confirm by reply, and I do not require a phone call, a reason, or a retention conversation.

Cancellation stops the next renewal. It does not refund the period you are in: you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for.

Refunds

Subscriptions: if you cancel within 7 days of your first payment and tell me you want it back, I refund that payment in full. After that, cancel any time and the next charge does not happen.

One-time purchases— the Operator Session, an agent build, a website, a listing video: these are work I schedule and perform. Once the work has started, the fee is non-refundable, because I have committed the time. Before it starts, ask and I will refund it. If I cannot deliver what I described, I refund you whether or not the work has started.

Digital files— skill packs and library downloads: these are delivered immediately and are not refundable on their own. They arrive as part of a membership, so cancelling the membership under the terms above is the remedy.

What you get, and what you do not

Membership gives you the released skill packs and the library, delivered by email. New packs are released as I write them — there is no schedule and no promised number. If that is the reason you are joining, join after one you want exists, not before.

The files are licensed to you to use in your own business, including work you do for your own clients. You may not resell them, publish them, or distribute them as your own product. Some library files were written by other authors and carry their own licence in the file; those terms travel with the file and take precedence.

What I am not promising

Nothing here is legal, financial, tax or investment advice. Results other people got are theirs and are not a forecast of yours. The tools this work depends on — AI models, ad platforms, Stripe, Shopify and the rest — are run by other companies and can change or break without notice, and some of what I teach will go out of date when they do.

Where the law allows me to limit it, my liability for any claim is capped at what you paid me in the twelve months before it arose.

Acceptable use

Do not share your account or your download links. Do not attempt to reach parts of the site you have not paid for. I can cancel a membership for either, and for abuse directed at me or anyone else, with a pro-rata refund of the unused period.

Changes

If these terms change, the date at the top changes and the new version applies to purchases made after it. A change that materially affects an active subscription will be emailed to you before it takes effect. Questions go to brian@dryvn.com.
