Proven before paid.

A start-to-finish program and a live build session for turning the posts your audience already proved into ads that work. Doors open soon.

Wed, Oct 28The Amplification Ladder

$97, one time. 20 VIP passes. Get on the list and you hear first.

One email the day the doors open.

You post. Some of it lands. Then you open Ads Manager, pick the post that "did well", hit boost, and hope.

A week later you've spent the money and you can't say what you learned. Was it the post? The audience? The budget? Meta's settings? Nobody knows, so the next boost is another guess.

Your audience already told you which posts are worth paying for.

It's in your saves, your shares and your comments, not your reach. You just need a way to read it, and a ladder to climb from there.

Organic first. Then a small paid test. Then only the winners get a real campaign.

  1. ReadScore your archive by rates, not counts: saves, shares and comments per 1,000 people reachedBig posts lie. Rates tell you what actually earned attention.
  2. SortEvery post is scored for each job (get seen, build trust, ask), and only posts that clear a job's gate join its queueYou stop paying for the wrong job.
  3. TestBoost the post to an audience you chose, with a pass rule written before you spendThe boost is your small-sample test, not your strategy.
  4. ClimbPosts that pass graduate to a full campaign; the rest stop costing youMoney follows proof.

I train AI Ad Operators: you direct, AI executes. You'll set up an AI assistant to do the scoring and the drafting, and you make every call.

What I use daily, not theory.

I've run the ad accounts of 1,200+ clients. Paid ads have been my primary focus for most of my career, inside personal brands and leadership roles that have driven $15B in sales.

This is the method I run on my own businesses. You'll see it worked on two of them: brianwith.ai, a personal brand that sells digital products and live sessions, and BMP Tuning, an ecommerce brand I own 50% of, where I lead marketing and finance every day. It went from $3.8M to $7.4M. One sells digital products and live sessions; one sells parts. Between them, you'll see your business.

Questions

Who is this for?
Business owners and creators who post on Instagram, get some engagement, and either have never run ads or boost and hope.
Who is it not for?
If you have no posting history yet, there's nothing to read. Start with the Meta Ads launch course instead, when it's available.
I've never run an ad. Is that OK?
Yes. It's written for a beginner and the live session walks every click.
What do I need?
An Instagram professional account with some posting history, access to Meta Ads Manager, and a budget you're comfortable testing with. Part 2 of the guide, the economics gate, tells you what that number should be.
Do I need to know spreadsheets or code?
No. You paste your Instagram export into the Archive Scorer and it does the math.
What if I can't attend live?
Everyone gets the recording.
What happens after I buy?
You get a welcome email with your calendar invite and what to bring, and the guide and templates are in your buyer area right away. Video lessons are added as they're filmed. VIP buyers book their one-hour session and fill in the audit intake right after checkout.

Your audience already voted. Put your money where they did.
